Google Photos does upload all your images but do note. The Desktop Uploader app is available for the Windows and Mac platform for automatically uploading the images once set up. Instead, regular home Google Drive users will need to download the new Backup and Sync client, which will, however, assume the settings of the old Google Drive app, which it becomes available on the 28th June 2017. The app will not be a direct upgrade for the Google Drive client, as Google wants to release a separate app for enterprise Google Drive customers. We recently saw the Mountain View giant roll out the support for iMessage reactions in Messages for beta users. The service is best used for quickly posting photos to social media or forums. Google has been adding various new features to its Messages app on Android to make it a worthy competitor to iMessage. For individual users, you can use Google’s Backup & Sync to backup photos, any folder and sync your entire Google Drive folder with the Mac (like Dropbox).
